Former U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Stuart Eizenstat will discuss his new book, The Art of Diplomacy:  How American Negotiators Reached Historic Agreement that Changed the World, with a Foreword by Henry Kissinger and a Preface by James Baker.  Ambassador Eizenstat will speak in a fireside chat facilitated by former U.S. Representative Howard Berman.
